5 Things Manifestors Do Before Bed

What do manifestors do before they go to bed? What should you be doing to become a manifesting manifestor in your sleep? Today, we’re covering important steps to manifest before bed and deep diving into Dream Land.

But first, what is a manifestor?

A manifesting manifestor is someone who is in line with their divine energy. This kind of person can manifest things instantly—vacations, money, homes; you name it. It’s all because you are the conduit of your miracles. You are the only energy that can attract what you desire. At the same time, you can prevent that energy. Because of this, you have to be very clear about your desires. It’s more than simple, small thoughts—it’s a deep connected energy.

Part of the way manifestors achieve these miracles is by visiting the astral plane. Lightworkers have taught us that when we stay in total alignment and connection to the Divine Light, we can transport when we sleep. This means you go to other dimensions and download the information you need. If we implement certain techniques to manifest before bed, our energy can continue pulling in these desires when we enter that dimension.

How do you know that you’re ready to manifest?

When it’s time for you to manifest something, you will feel it. It may seem like fear or that feeling when you don’t even want to say it out loud. You’ll fantasize about it all the time—running, on your bike, working, etc.

There’s something deep in you that believes it will happen. One of my favorite sayings puts it perfectly: If prayer is you talking to God, then those signs and intuitions are God’s way of telling us to pay attention.

You see, your thoughts are not your own. It’s the divine light of you and the creator building this life together. When you get that overwhelming feeling to manifest a particular outcome, it’s the creator’s way of guiding you in the right direction.

It’s that vibration, that deep-rooted energy, that we want to harness right before we go to bed. Whether you want to manifest money, a relationship, a home, whatever it is—you are the only person that can do it. These are the five things you should do to manifest before bed:

1. Decide what you want

The first thing you should do before you close your eyes is to decide what you really want. Do you want to manifest abundance, a new job, or a family? This stage is not about what everyone else thinks or expects. Just because your grandfather was a fireman, your uncle was a fireman, and your dad was a fireman doesn’t mean you need to be one, too—especially when you want to care for animals.

Or maybe you think, “In another life, I could have been Mariah Carey.” Listen, Mariah Carey was never Mariah Carey until she sang her first song. And you can do it, too, in this life.

When you become crystal clear on your destiny, you can begin to bring that alternate reality to your current one through manifestation before bed. 

2. Envision it as if it’s already yours

Now that you know exactly what you want, it’s time to practice some visualization. I want you to lay down on your bed, couch, cot, or hammock. It can even be in the grass or hood of your car—wherever you can be alone.

Now, close your eyes, and start envisioning that desire as if it’s already your reality. I’m talking about every single detail, so there’s no confusion about the fact that this is your ultimate desire. No other options exist. The only thing that matters is this crystal clear version of precisely what you want. 

Here’s an example of manifesting through visualization: Let’s say you want a house. What does it look like when you pull up? Picture the driveway. Is it circular and lined with trees? Is your home one or two stories? You should be getting excited!

Imagine your hand touching the door handle, taking your key out of your bag, putting it in the door, and unlocking your abundance. At this moment, you are opening yourself up to this new reality. You should feel as if this is bound to happen when you wake up.

3. Focus on the emotional aspect of your manifestation

Science defines emotions as energy in motion (in other words, e-motions). As energetic beings, we have to remain so connected to the emotional aspect of our manifestation that it almost hurts when we’re not living that version of our reality. You should desperately want to be back in those moments of visualization.

If you are not moved by some sort of emotion, even a sense of desperation, then it’s not a real thought. Instead, it’s a false narrative that doesn’t truly exist for you. In the end, you just think that’s what you want, but this is the hard truth: You’re not being honest with yourself.

It’s important also to clarify your motivation for your desires. If you think, “once I have this fancy house, everyone is going to love me,” then it’s not going to happen. The soul’s urge is for you to expand and grow as a light, vibrational being. Your manifestations are part of that growth. 

You should have an emotional tie to your desire and the ability to see it above all other things. If you’re not absolutely sure of this when you lay down and close your eyes, then you’re living in a fake reality—and you can’t manifest abundance from that place. 

4. Meditate

Besides brushing your teeth and washing your face, meditation is the most important thing you can do to manifest before bed. It’s a powerful form of moving energy that transmutes fear, pain, and suffering and instead evokes joy and happiness.

We all have 60-80,000 thoughts a day. This practice gives your brain a break and invites your soul energy to connect with the divine light inside of you.

Meditation can feel intimidating if you’ve never done it. Fortunately, my cognitive mindfulness training taught me that you can never fail at it. All you have to do is breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. This action slows down your brain and quiets the outside noise. In this stillness, you can download the information you need to come up with the solutions and build the connections to attract your desire.

  2. Search guided meditation 528 megahertz on YouTube to help clear your brainwaves.

5. Write it down

For me, it’s not only about what we do to manifest before bed. As soon as you wake up, write down whatever comes to mind (i.e., purple banana) for a full minute.

According to lightworkers, the first 60 seconds of the morning is a communication from the source to you. When you are coming out of an astral projection, you are set to manifest everything that seems too far away. These communications will help solidify that you are a powerful manifestor, and everything you need will be given to you through thought, opportunity, and connections.

Take things a step further and continue living in the reality of right now. What does that mean? Start spending time in the environment you crave—not just in your mind. If it’s within reach, go to your ideal neighborhood. Spend time driving around and exploring. Maybe you even visit the coffee shop you’ll stop by in the morning. 

If it’s in a different area, follow that neighborhood on social media. Do this consistently, and get very acquainted with that reality. Because you know what? You’ll soon be living in it. After all, you’re a manifesting manifestor that attracts and creates miracles every single day.

Will I receive my manifestations?

Psalms 37:11 tells us the meek shall inherit the earth. It doesn’t say the downtrodden or the supercharged. Here’s why: when you’re an abundant manifesting manifestor, you see everyone as yourself, which makes you meek.

You are a humble, beautiful, honorable divine light being who is here with a purpose. You’re here to remove the veils of low vibrations. Through these manifestations, your energy will seek, find, and distribute your emotional joy. You deserve and will receive it all.  

Why should you manifest before bed?

Before you go to bed, everything on your mind will sit there, marinating for 6, 8, or even 10 hours. So if you’re angry, frustrated, or depressed about something, guess what? You’re going to be living in that reality while you sleep. 

By manifesting before bed, you shift your mindset to enter the astral plane. You have to be prepared to sit in your thoughts, attract the energy, and manifest with angels and spirit guides to create your reality. What you’re doing, thinking, and feeling as you close your eyes are all integral to how you create these miracles in your life.

So, as you pull up to that dream vacation house, husband, child, or job in your visualizations from step two, understand that it is all already happening. Just the thought has already created a vibration in the universe that allows those alignments to come into play.
