Then, we’ll take a few deep breaths and visualize a bright light surrounding us, filling us with positive energy and love. We’ll repeat powerful affirmations to release any self-judgment, resentment, or anger towards ourselves and others.
By the end of this meditation, you’ll feel fresh and energized, ready to carry the feeling of forgiveness and compassion with you throughout the day.
